Not built yet: forecasting and a calendar view of tasks. Roadmap
Product · Sales
Deals on your own stages and a page for every company and deal. Automations move them for you: a won deal makes the person a customer and stops their sequences, a booked meeting moves the deal forward, and the reply agent opens deals from interested replies.
The pages under Sales in the app’s sidebar, each with its own place and its own job.
Won, the weighted and open pipeline, the win rate by count and by value, the average deal and the sales cycle, each against the days before, for the whole team or one rep. Their goals for the month or quarter, with the pace each needs and how much open pipeline covers what is left to win. Then overdue tasks, deals with no change in 30 days and deals past their close date, the pipeline by stage (each stage opens the board on it), the deals closing in the window, won and lost per week and why deals were lost, how deals move through the stages and how long they stay, where the pipeline came from, the top accounts, and the meetings and tasks due.
A board on your stages, for the whole team or one owner. Drag a deal, or move it from its menu, its stage path or Mark won and Mark lost, by keyboard and on a phone too; marking a deal lost asks why.
What the reply agent did this week, the drafts waiting for you, and what it may do on its own: auto, approve or off for each action.
Follow-ups tied to the person, company or deal they are about, with due dates.
A booking page for your link. With your Google or Microsoft calendar connected, it offers only free times and puts each booking on that calendar.
A company page with its people, its deals (open, weighted and won), what happened and its tasks. A deal page with its stage path, value and probability, its owner and expected close date, the person and company, and its history in plain words, never field names.
Set a target for revenue won, deals won or pipeline created, each month or each quarter, for the team or one rep. The Sales dashboard shows how far along each goal is, the pace it needs by today, and how many times the open pipeline covers what is left to win.
Deal won: the person becomes a customer and their sequences pause, everyone at the company too if you choose. Meeting booked: the person’s stage moves and their open deal advances, or a deal opens. Each rule is a switch.
Its drafts wait on Home under Needs you, in the Inbox thread and on the person’s page: approve and send, edit or reject in place. A deal it opens carries a From reply pill on the board.
The pipeline, company and deal pages, deal automations, goals, tasks and meetings are on every plan. The AI agents come with Teams (5,000 agent steps a month) and Agency (25,000).
Compare plansForecasting (commit and best case by expected close date) is not built yet.
Bring your list, send from mailboxes you own, and let the reply agent work the replies. Start on the free plan: no card, no sales call.
Open tasks past their due time, oldest first.
Open deals nobody moved or edited, oldest first: the board marks them Stalled.
Open deals whose expected close date has gone by, oldest date first: close them, or move the date.
Each goal counts its calendar month or quarter so far (UTC), not the 30 days above. The mark on a bar is the pace: where it should be by today. Coverage is the open pipeline now against what is left to win; 3× is a common rule of thumb.
$47.0K weighted. 30 open deals have no expected close date.
