Questions before you start
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. 5 mailboxes, 1,000 emails a month and 1,000 contacts, with the pipeline and CRM. No card, no time limit.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick a paid plan and save a card; nothing is charged for 14 days. The trial upgrades the workspace you already have, so your people, mailboxes and campaigns stay where they are. On day 14 the first month is charged unless you stopped the trial; if it is not paid, the workspace goes back to Free with every record kept, and mailboxes beyond Free's 5 are paused, not deleted. One trial per plan per workspace.
Do I need my own LLM key?
For the AI agents and AI writing, yes, and that is the point. Connect Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible provider (OpenAI, Gemini, Grok or your own model) and keep control of model choice and cost. The AI is included on the Teams plan and above.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. An upgrade starts right away and credits the unused part of your current month. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Cancel anytime — access continues to the end of your billing period.
Is there a startup or nonprofit rate?
Yes. Send us the details through the contact page and we will sort out a fair plan.
How do limits reset?
Every monthly cap is per workspace and resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC).
What if I reach a limit?
Home shows how much of each limit you have used and flags any at 90% or more. At the monthly email limit, sequences pause and say why until the next month or an upgrade. Nothing is billed as overage.
