Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Outboundrix platform. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity by members of your workspace
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Outboundrix to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy or other applicable laws
• Upload malware or attempt to breach security or access controls
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service without authorization

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you import. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. AI agent and your LLM key

The AI agent runs on the LLM provider key you supply and acts only within the API scopes you grant. You are responsible for your provider costs and for the actions you authorize the agent to take. Your agreement with the LLM provider governs that provider relationship.

5. Plans, billing and changes

• Current pricing is published at outboundrix.com/pricing
• Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled; annual changes are pro-rated
• Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Free plan capabilities may change with reasonable notice

6. Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you. We claim no rights to use your content to train models.

7. Availability

We target high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Plan- specific service levels, where offered, are stated in your order or plan.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use. After termination your data is deleted within 90 days unless legally retained.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
