Write sequences, point campaigns at your people and send through your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes. Every send checks the mailbox’s authentication, the suppression list and its daily cap first.
The pages under Outbound in the app’s sidebar, each with its own place and its own job.
Whether your emails turn into positive replies, meetings and pipeline, beside the bounce rate and its 2% limit. What needs you first (mailboxes the sender skips, campaigns over the limit or with nobody left to email, sequences nobody answers after 100 people), your goals, the funnel from contacted to won, and each sequence, step and mailbox with its replies and bounces.
A sequence, its recipients and a mailbox pool, with a live tracker: what holds the campaign back, every lead’s status and next step, and the activity.
Email steps with delays. Follow-ups go out as replies in the same thread from the same mailbox, and any step can carry A/B variants.
Saved emails with merge tags and fallbacks, like {{first_name|there}}, ready for any step.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in one sign-in, any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, or up to 25 at a time. Each one’s status says what the sender will do with it now.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked for every mailbox, with the exact records to add, and a spam check on the copy as you write.
One schedule for every mailbox: 7, 10 and 20 emails a day in weeks one to three, then 25 a day, never more.
Sent, opened, clicked, replied and bounced per campaign, per sending mailbox and per recipient mail service.
A sending window in the campaign’s time zone, an end date, a daily cap and a daily cap on new leads, minutes between sends with a random spread, text-only first emails, open and click tracking switches, and your own footer, unsubscribe line and signature.
Opens and clicks are recorded per step, on your own tracking domain if you add one, and link scanners are not counted. Rates are people over people contacted, so one person opening on three days counts once.
Draft a whole sequence from your ideal customer, or a first email from one line, and personalize each first email for its person at send time. If the model is unavailable the template goes out unchanged.
Sequences, campaigns, mailbox rotation and the send schedule are on every plan; Free sends 1,000 emails a month from up to 5 mailboxes. A/B variants and AI writing and personalization come with Startup and up.
Compare plansThere is no warmup network: no warmup mail is exchanged, and every mailbox follows the fixed send schedule instead. There are no inbox-placement tests, spam complaint rates are not read (they need Google Postmaster Tools), and there are no LinkedIn, call or SMS steps: outreach is email.
Bring your list, send from mailboxes you own, and let the reply agent work the replies. Start on the free plan: no card, no sales call.
People bounced, of the people emailed, in the last 30 days.
Sequences still sending that nobody has ever answered: change the copy or the people it goes to.
Each goal counts its calendar month or quarter so far (UTC), not the 30 days above. The mark on a bar is the pace: where it should be by today.
Each sequence's people in the last 30 days: emailed by it, replied to it, replied with interest, booked a meeting after one of its emails, bounced. Shares are of the people it emailed; a person in two sequences counts in both. Bounces over 2% are red. Health: the campaign list's verdict against the benchmarks (Benchmarks below), judged once 50 people were emailed.

Each step's emails in the last 30 days across every sequence, and what followed: a reply counts for the last email sent to that person in that sequence before it. Shares are of the people emailed at that step.

People each mailbox emailed in the last 30 days, and the replies and bounces credited to it (a reply counts for the mailbox that sent the person's last email). Under each mailbox, its state now. The 8 that emailed the most people.

A bounce rate over 5% or an unsubscribe rate over 1% reads At risk whatever the replies, and a reply rate under 2% Below benchmark however clean the sending; Strong needs a reply rate of 5% or more and a bounce rate under the 2% limit. Open rate is not judged: some mail apps open emails nobody read. Reports measure on different bases, so the bands are directional; the reports, with the figure each gave, are linked below.
